Student Minister - Trey Holmes
Began his ministry at First Baptist Church on
Wednesday, March 24, 2010.
Trey holds a M. A. in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is working on an additional concentration in Steward Leadership.
Trey has previously served as a youth minister, program director, and discipleship teacher. He has counseled students in financial hardships and crises and taught and preached weekly at Cowboy Way Church in Ft. Worth. His leadership, professionalism, ministry and experience is an asset to FBC Canton.
Trey is married to Kara Holmes and they have an infant daughter, Kate. He loves Jesus, loves the Church, and loves students! He does not love pizza! He has spent plenty of time under the hood of a car and he met his wife because he changed her tire!
